Jeni J’s Guest House Policies

Rates: $129 – $259 (Sun – Thurs) and $149 - $299 (Fri & Sat)

Local and State Taxes: All room rates subject to 10.64% local and state lodging tax.

Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is requested on all festival weekends and holiday stays.  A reduced minimum stay will be accepted within 7 days of all festival weekends and holidays (subject to availability).  No minimum stay is requested during the quiet season. 

Payment: Your total amount is due at the time of booking.  Mastercard/Visa, Discover Card, American Express, and traveler's checks accepted.

Cancellation: Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance of your arrival date will be refunded in full less a $25 processing fee per room.  Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be refunded based on the ability to re-rent the cancelled room(s), less a $25 processing fee per room.

Arrival/Departure: Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am.  Check in after 8 pm by prior arrangement only.

Smoke Free: Jeni J’s is a group of historic buildings, and no smoking is allowed inside any of the cottages, for the safety and health of our guests.  Smoking is permitted outside the cottages on the decks and adjoining grounds.  As such, a $250 smoking recovery fee will be assessed for smoking in any guest room.

Pets: No pets are allowed.

Children: Well supervised children over the age of 12 are welcome.

Amenities: Private bath and shower, color TV with dvd player or satellite, free wireless internet access, luxury cotton towels, high thread count sheets, and free parking.

Quiet: Jeni J’s management reserves all rights to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the cottages by all of our guests.

Privacy Policy: When you contact Jeni J’s through our website, we may require personal contact information, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information, so we can provide you with the services you have requested.  Your name and contact information will not be added to any mailing lists, besides our own, without your prior knowledge or expressed permission.  You may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time by contacting us at info@jenij.com.  In addition, protecting your privacy is very important to us.  We have established physical and electronic safeguards to our physical premises and electronic procedures to safeguard and protect against the unauthorized access of personal information.
